Are you looking for a creative way to use up your fabric scraps or something fun to do with the amazing supplies at the FASC?! If you can thread a needle and do a basic straight stitch, this class is for you!
Come learn how to cut, layer, stitch, and embellish your choice of fabric scraps in an embroidery hoop to create a one-of-a-kind landscape from a template or your imagination. You will have the option either to use an instructor-designed template to create your own landscape similar to the one pictured in a 3.75" x 4.3" rectangular hoop (exact template may change), or to let the fabric inspire you to create your own design once you learn the basics!
We’ll go over supplies, choosing fabrics, creating perspective, embellishment, and finishing your hoop for display after the class. Basic supplies to start your project will be provided, but please bring your own fabric scissors if you have them.
